Partnership between Politejo and the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém
The Politejo Group recognizes the importance of establishing solid connections with educational institutions to promote professional development and identify promising talent. By participating in the recent Integra 24 event at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, we had the opportunity to interact directly with dedicated students. In addition, a collaboration protocol was signed with IPSantarém to establish internship programs and other enriching initiatives. We want to cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship and contribute to the students' professional growth.

On 18/07, the launch of the Sou Politejo Project took place in Brazil.
Our goal is to be an organization where people feel good, give their best, and realize their full potential, thereby contributing to the success of the business.
On the same day of the launch, we had an inspiring workshop about the values of Politejo: Agility and Efficiency, Passion and Courage, Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Team Spirit and Satisfaction, and customer focus.
The workshop promoted a valuable exchange of ideas and learnings between the HR team and team managers.
We thank everyone involved in this event and look forward to walking this path together, driving the personal and professional growth of each member of our team.

Politejo Tubes

PE-100 RC for the underwater outfall of the Os Praceres wastewater treatment plant in Pontevedra

The pipe was manufactured in diameters ranging from 900 mm to 1100 mm for the overland section, while a diameter of 1400 mm and a wall thickness of 60 mm were used for the underwater section.
This pipe is part of the Os Praceres wastewater treatment plant and is anchored to the seabed of the Ria de Pontevedra, extending for 2.9 km.
In addition to the pipe, diffusers, flanges, and pipe supports have also been supplied.
The manufacture of this large diameter pipe has posed technical and logistical challenges for Politejo, as transportation had to be done by land in sections of 17 meters from our production center in Azambuja (Lisbon, Portugal) to the port of Pontevedra (Spain), and manufacturing and delivery times had to be adapted to the project's needs.
The pipe sections were joined on land at the port by butt welding, as were the pipe support joints.
